I prefer my ramen broth "nonexistent" I like to prepare the "broth" (more like a Sauce) after noodles are done and add just enough water that all noodles get coated

I’m Aussie but when I was young and even now when I am almost 30 years old if we have meat with the bone I enjoy every portion that I can because I know my family worked hard for it. I know that I worked hard to make sure we had the vegetables and small meat on our plates to enjoy. I am lucky now compared to when I was young. But I will never forget the memories of the tiny processed and boneless meats we had when I was a child.
